I was asked and given a free rein to create the concept, corporate look and feel, website, and marketing for a new estate agency based in SW France. The corporate ident was designed to be sophisticated and confident to reflect the quality of house that we would hopefully be marketing - the aim was to get as many exclusive houses as possible. The created strapline of 'Where property Meets Art & Culture' reflected the aim of utilising the vibrant local culture to showcase the local area and 'sell' the Gascony way of life. A range of 10 Business cards were produced that each had a different image and stated aim that buyers had expressed to us in what they were looking for in their new house. A magazine type area of the site was also created where interviews with local people and artisans were displayed. The company hit the ground running and had nearly fifty properties inside of 6 months with 5 compromis signed in first six weeks.
